Can Fuze take actions without my approval?

How does Fuze handle sensitive data and portal logins?
Fuze never stores your passwords. When a workflow needs to access a portal that requires authentication, it sends a secure login link to a team member. You authenticate, the agent continues. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every action is logged in an immutable audit trail.
Do I need developers to set up Fuze?
No. Fuze is configured, not coded. You build workflows by connecting steps (sync, browse, extract, generate) through a visual interface, with your business data stored in structured tables inside Fuze. Prefer working from an AI tool? Fuze runs an MCP server, so you can configure and build flows, manage your data tables, and run workflows from Claude or any MCP-enabled tool. Customers are live with their first workflow on day one.
Can we use our own AI tools with Fuze?
Yes. Fuze runs an MCP server, so you can connect Fuze into AI tools that support MCP, such as Claude, and query your business data, build and configure workflows, or trigger runs from there. Your permissions and approval rules still apply.
Can Fuze work with the tools and portals we already use?
Yes. Fuze connects to SharePoint, Google Drive, email, and any web portal your team currently logs into manually. The web agent navigates portals the same way a person would. No API integrations required.
